Well-known company based in Jabal Al-Weibdeh looking for a responsible female Logistic / Administrative Assistant to perform a variety of administrative and logistics tasks, with below qualifications: •Diploma / Bachelor degree in (Business Administration (or equivalent. •Background in Logistics & Secretary Duties. •The individual in this position should have up 5 years of experience in similar role. •Excellent communication skills in Arabic and English. •Excellent computer skills (MS Office, Excel, PowerPoint), especially typing. •Excellent planning, management and coordination skills. •Ability to handle stress and good problem solving skills. •Desire to be proactive and create a positive experience for others. The main responsibilities: 1.Handling the reception and phone calls and routing callers to the appropriate party. 2.Handling office tasks, such as filing, setting up for meetings, and ordering supplies and stationery. 3.Making travel arrangements, such as booking flights, cars, and making hotel and restaurant reservations. 6.Handle company incoming & outgoing mail along with appropriate distribution to concerned departments & Handle Couriers logistics such as DHL, Aramex.
