Cosmetics factory is currently seeking a creative, dynamic, and highly organized persons for the job title: Marketing Coordinator to perform the following duties & responsibilities: - Design, develop and execute communications strategy for key media contacts and customer references. - Develop and execute marketing strategies, objectives and targets. - Analyze and interpret customer behavior. - Create, develop and manage marketing campaigns. - Identify competitors and strategize campaigns accordingly. - Analyze the success or failure of marketing campaigns and advertisements. - Work collaboratively with marketing team and guide them to achieve targets and customer satisfaction. - Manage tracking systems for online marketing and supervise social media outreach. - Collect sales data; analyze results and prepare reports. - Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual forecasts. Candidate Qualifications - BA degree in Marketing or a relevant field. - Proven success and significant work experience as a Marketing Coordinator, Marketing Officer, or other similar role. - Solid working knowledge of traditional and digital marketing tools. - Experience and familiarity with multiple research methods and use of data analytics software. - Excellent computer skills including MS Office, Excel ....etc. - Exceptional communication and presentation skills, both written and verbal.
