Remake da série britânica Sirens UK, a versão americana acompanha a vida de Johnny (Michael Mosley, de Pan Am e Longmire), Hank (Kevin Daniels, visto em Modern Family) e Brian (Kevin Bigley), em sua rotina de trabalho como paramédicos em Chicago. Bons profissionais, o trio tem problemas para manter sua vida particular em ordem.
